Who We Are
We are Justin and Alissa Miles, owners of The Goose House. We bought this house in the Summer of 2024 because we fell in love with the location. The water views and quiet cove are everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The spacious layout of the house is perfect for our family and friends. And because we want you to feel as at home as we do, we provide quick, clear communication and a clean, well-stocked home at affordable rates.

Front
The house sits off the road down a gravel driveway. Although we do have wonderful neighbors, the lots are spacious and private.
Back
There is plenty of room to play in the yard. The lawn is gently sloped, but mostly flat, all the way to the dock.
Large Dock
The Goose House has two docks. The larger dock has the boathouse. We provide a selection of life vests, two kayaks, two paddle boards, and a lily pad for floating. There are cleats (not pictured) attached to the dock for tying off floats or your own boat.
Living Room
There is a beautiful view of the lake from the living room couch! We have great wifi and DirecTV. The dedicated office space is in the front of the house.
Kitchen
This is a dream kitchen, well-stocked with utensils and appliances for adults and kids. We have a six-burner chef’-grade gas range, large-capacity refrigerator with a double freezer, and cabinet space to use as a pantry.
There’s plenty of additional seating at a round kitchen table and large dining table not pictured here.
King Bedroom
The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. We took great care in choosing the bed linens for each bedroom to create inviting and calm atmospheres.
The main bathroom en suite includes a claw-foot tub!
Queen Bedroom 1
Each bedroom has ample closet space and dresser so you can unpack and stow-away your luggage.
Basement 1
There’s plenty of space to spread out in the basement! We have a few board games, puzzles, books, and a PS4 for entertainment.
Queen Bedroom 2
Also, we made sure to put extra charging outlets and sound machines in each bedroom because those are things we find helpful and hope you will, too.
Basement 2
On the other side of the basement, we have a pool table, which makes this room the FAVORITE!
Basement Bunks
The top bunk has a guard rail for safety that is not pictured here. There is a half-bath located in the basement across from the bunk beds.
